A task “Publish the page” with Alex as R, Sam as A, and Priya as C reads Responsible, Accountable, Consulted. Copy exports the grid as tab-separated text.
FAQ
- What do R, A, C, and I mean?
- Responsible does the work. Accountable owns the outcome. Consulted is asked. Informed is told.
- How many A’s should a task have?
- One. More than one accountable and nobody is. This page will not stop you, but the copy will show what you set.
- Can I paste the grid into a spreadsheet?
- Yes. The copy is tab-separated, so it lands in columns.
