Time Zone Meeting Planner
Line up a few cities, see local times, and find hours that sit inside a working day.
Pick a date and a few cities. Each cell is that city’s local time. Green hours sit in a 9:00–17:00 window for every selected place. Day shifts show as +1 or −1.
Setting today’s date…
Worked example
Sydney, London, and New York on 5 October 2026. Green cells are hours that sit inside 9:00–17:00 for every city. A +1 under a cell means that city is already on the next calendar day.
FAQ
- Whose clock is the header?
- The first city in the list sets the hours along the top. Other rows show the matching local hour. The date is this device’s today until you change it.
- What counts as a working hour?
- 9:00 inclusive to 17:00 exclusive, in that city’s local time, including daylight saving from the browser’s timezone data.
- Can I add any timezone?
- The list is a set of common cities. There is no free-text IANA field in this version.
- Does copy include the date?
- Yes. Copy overlap starts with the date, then each city’s overlapping local hours.
