- Is Upwork’s fee still 10%?
- Treat 10% as a default you can edit. Upwork has changed its fee structure before, and contracts can differ.
- Does this include the withdrawal fee?
- No. A bank or payment withdrawal can be a separate charge. Add it as the fixed fee if you want it included.
- Is the percent on the client’s total or my rate?
- On the amount you type. If the client also pays a marketplace fee, that isn’t deducted here unless you include it.
